It’s no secret that B3 is synonymous with top tier Strength & Conditioning development for Youth, High School and College Baseball athletes. But we want to take this one step further to start providing value to our local youth football population.

You see, some may have you believe that “football” specific training is what will take your son to the next tier of competition but unfortunately, that is a white lie sold time and time again.

Our philosophy on Athletic Development takes a long term and systematic approach. This begins by learning basic and foundational athletic movement patterns (sprinting, change of direction, acceleration/deceleration, jumping, throwing, pressing, pulling, lunging and squatting) through a long term approach that (within our baseball community) has proven to be a successful strategy to build athletes for a successful future career.

Through our program, you can expect your sons to improve sprint speed, explosive power and recovery habits earning them the most important asset to a team… BEING AVAILABLE AND READY TO PLAY!
