IYCA HSSC 

I graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville with a degree in Air Traffic Control. While watching my college roommates compete on the Lewis U baseball team, I quickly shifted my focus to what was my true passion. STRENGTH. I used this to begin helping athletes develop the physical traits to become top level competitors. Fast forward 9 years and the system I’ve been able to create has built the most dominant athletes and leaders in the DuPage county area by way of the barbell.

The culture that my assistant coach and I have created has been that of self accountability, discipline, self respect and most important, HARD WORK. There is no end to how far I will go to make sure our athletes succeed and thrive both on and off the field.
